Grapefruit, lemon, lime and orange peel combined with pineapple and undertones of elderflower.
palate
Grapefruit and lime combine with mango and ginger creating juicy acidity and balanced fruit sweetness.
comments
A cool fermentation using selected aromatic yeasts created wonderful lifted aromatics. The wine was then left on it’s fermentation lees for several weeks and stirred to increase the palate weight and texture, before the wine was filtered and bottled.
