comments
Beautifully clean, mature fruit was harvested and brought into the winery where it was de-stemmed and then put into a fermenter. During the 10-day fermentation period, the fruit was plunged four times a day to help extract colour, fruit flavour and tannin. The wine then went through a full MLF and a portion went to oak.
