Central Otago 2007

• Mild temperatures during flowering reduced the bunch and berry size. We harvested the typical "Hen & Chicken" type of berry cluster, but this did not deter us from increasing our yield from the inaugural 2006 vintage, total yield being 229 tonnes. We hand picked a lot of our fruit this year, it was hard work but it will be worth it when we enjoy the finished wines.
