The most important thing in making vibrant Sauvignon Blanc is to avoid oxidation and corruption. This is done every step of the way; from harvesting to putting the wine into the bottle. We keep every vineyard batch separate throughout the winemaking process until blending. The final process is fining and filtering, before the wine is bottled.
We live amongst the vineyards in the beautiful South Island of New Zealand. For us it’s all about lifestyle. We’re lucky to enjoy the simple things from the land; like fresh crayfish, scallop season and wild venison. And because our wines are available in cities around the world, we also thrive on what the world has to offer. Pretty much the best of both worlds we reckon.

The South Island of New Zealand covers over 151,215km2 ofrugged mountains, lakes, glaciers, ski fields and rivers. As proud guardians of the land our iconic vineyards are located in some of New Zealand's defining wine regions: Marlborough, Central Otago and the Waipara Valley. Each location has been selected with care and foresight; and as a result we aim to interfere as little as possible once the grapes arrive in the hands of the winemakers.
